We still had 1 portion of our pizza crust left over from last week, so I rolled it out and got it ready for toppings.
A good amount of sauce (as always, ALL the way to the edges!)
A ziplock full of frozen Graziano's sausage from the freezer. I broke it up a little with the rolling pin.
Add the mozzarella...
And cook till it looks good enough to eat. And it was!
We are now out of dough in the freezer so this is the last pizza of the project.
